Coaching sessions may be longer than an hour by agreement and can be 2 hours or more at a time. For breakthru NLP work we can work 3 to 7+ hours. Breakthru sessions are normally more contractual and is a process of letting go that you will need to be 100 per cent committed to ending.

If you really need to take up private therapy coaching that is exactly what this business is all about with professionals. We realise that it's not always easy to realise how easy you can afford to pay for something you really want, that you really need, so we do have concessionary rates in some cases.

£70 Therapeutic-Coaching Supervision hourly
£350 to £500 (half day or full day)Critical Incident Debriefing (CID) for small groups (by negotiation).
