TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. INTRODUCTION
1.1 These Terms and Conditions govern the use of this website and associated services provided by AYTG.CO (referred to as "the entity," "we," or "us"). By accessing or using this website, you ("the User") agree to comply with these terms, including the Privacy Policy incorporated herein.

1.2 AYTG.CO in an online business offering therapy services, with appropriate professional insurance.

1.3 "User" refers to any individual or business entity visiting this website or engaging with our services. If you do not agree with these terms, please discontinue use immediately.

1.4 "Therapist" includes independently insured therapist coaches, psychiatrists, psychologists, psychotherapists, counsellors, massage therapists, trainees, and other mental health/wellbeing practitioners affiliated with this service.

1.5 All affiliated therapists are self-employed, fully insured, qualified, and registered with a recognised ethical body. Trainees must be enrolled in an accredited course and maintain supervision.

1.6 By using this website or services, you consent to these terms. We may send service-related communications; opt-out options are provided.

1.7 Users, affiliates, and trainees engaging with our services (include therapist coach, counselling, clinical supervision, consultancy, etc.) agree to abide by these terms.

1.8 Clinical Supervision Contracts require a minimum 12-month commitment. Missed sessions ("DNA") are chargeable, though rescheduling is permitted. Termination requires 28 days’ written notice. Fees apply for consultancy and professional support.

1.9 Consultancy & Clinical Services (e.g., reports, assessments, career, business and other coaching interventions) are payable in advance.

1.10 Fees will be communicated beforehand or when booking.

1.11 Discussion Group Memberships renew annually.

1.12 Booking is required to secure participation.

1.13 E-Therapy Packages (Text/email sessions), all fees are prepaid.

1.14 Late Arrivals will normally reduce time allotted for video, or phone sessions. Group sessions require prepayment.

1.15 Clinic Appointments and all Services are secured via prepayment.

1.16 Fees are subject to change; check our website for updates.

1.17 Accepting any treatments via this website is evidence that you consented to the treatment(s), in advance.

2. INDEMNITY & LIABILITY
2.1 Affiliate therapists/freelance therapists indemnify the Company against any claims or costs arising from their professional conduct.

3. CANCELLATIONS & TERMINATION
3.1 DNA (Did Not Attend) sessions are non-refundable.
3.2 Cancellations incur full fees, though rescheduling is permitted. (Late cancellations restrict availability for others).
3.3 Consistent attendance is encouraged to avoid discharge or additional fees.
3.4 Missed appointments may trigger follow-up communications. In emergencies, contact your GP or emergency services.

4. REFUND POLICY
Unsatisfied users may use Contact Us form to let us know of any concerns.. Refunds are discretionary and apply only if services were not rendered.
